Terms & Conditions :

  1. No warranty request will be accepted for products.
  2. CI is not liable for any warranty claims and can assist only in catalysing the process.
  3. Warranty is sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
  4. Any claims after 3 months from the date of issued ticket number not addressed within the time frame will not be entertained.
  5. Tampered and misused(dropped, shocked, mishandled, subjected to improper operation, modified internally or externally ) will not be accepted and are liable for outright rejection.
  6. CI is under no obligation to provide a new unit/replacement and will hand over the product as received back from manufacturer.
  7. Replacement time is approximately 3-4 weeks from date of receipt of product.
  8. Any dispute will be subject to Jurisdiction of Delhi.
  9. In no way under any circumstances will CI be liable for a warranty claim.
